Mahindra drops a one-minute video on social media to promote the SUV

Mahindra & Mahindra has launched a Bollywood-style campaign film for the all new Mahindra Thar, which has the SUV in all its glory.

The one-minute film released on social media aims to reach customers who love adventures. It uses a larger-than-life setting to showcase Mahindra Thar doing jumps and drifts to perfection. Watch it here !

Mahindra has featured a Red open top and Aquamarine hard Top Thars on the film. Mahindra aims to connect better with the Millenials through the film, as they form a fair chunk of the offroader’s customer base. Launched in 2020, the new Mahindra Thar holds a 4-star Global NCAP crash rating as well. It is known for its off-road capabilities and matured road manners. The Thar gets diesel and turbo-petrol engines mated to 6-speed manual and automatic transmissions. The SUV is in huge demand currently and the waiting periods are soaring all over the nation.

Before you skip, here’s another jewel- the uncut version of the same film. Seems like the director wanted as much action in the film as an average Hollywood thriller (well, that is kinda exaggerated! But yea…) The uncut version includes a few additional flips and slides than the final cut. Well, watch it here, and yes, this is our pick of the two…

The love for tattoos has been around for quite some time now. But have you ever fancied tattooing your car? Well, Lexus just did and the result is this, the world’s first tattooed car- a Lexus UX crossover!

Claudia De Sabe, the London-based tattoo artist made an exclusive piece of art on this one-off Lexus UX. It took around six months for Claudia and her husband Yutaro to conceive and plan the art. The actual art of tattooing took five eight-hour days as well. The art shows a Koi fish swimming on the body of the UX. The Japanese treat Koi as a symbol of fortune and luck. The couple used a Dremel drill to sketch the basic art onto the white-painted car and later painted it with more colours.

The Lexus UX crossover is powered by a 2.0L inline 4 engine that lets out 169hp. The car has an absolutely gorgeous and dynamic design, which had made Claudia choose it for her canvas.
