Tork T6X To Launch This Month As Kratos

Tork will start taking bookings for the Kratos soon after its debut

Home-grown EV brand Tork Motorcycles is gearing up to launch the Kratos electric motorcycle in the last week of January. Kratos is the production guise of Tork T6X prototype that has been under development since 2016.

Pune-based Tork Motorcycles, in October last year, had announced that the production-ready T6X would hit the Indian roads soon. The EV is expected to feature the ‘Tork LIION’, Lithium-ion battery pack powering an axial flux motor. The Kratos is claimed to have class-leading power and range. More details of the specifications are yet to surface. Tork Kratos will be a completely made-in-India product.

Tork has overhauled the T6X design with a new sturdy frame, dynamic body design, split seats, and LED lights. The motorcycle would offer a range of 100 km and would have a top speed of 100 km/h as well. In real, the overall specs and performance would be comparable to those of a 150 cc motorcycle. Tork Kratos is expected to have its pricing in the ₹1.20 -₹1.40 lakh bracket. Online bookings will commence after the official market debut and the deliveries are expected to start in two months.
